Awnings

The awning is for sun only. If it's raining, windy, storming, if you walk away from the camper for any reason and when you go to bed at night - please roll.

The awning in. It can cost up to $4000 to replace an awning and if it breaks in your possession, you will be responsible for repair costs.

Toilets

RV toilet paper ONLY in the toilet. This is provided in the bathroom cabinets.

If we have to come out to unclog the drains, we will invoice you for a service call.

Conserve Water

Keys

The exterior doors of the camper are known to lock on their own so please keep the keys on you or in the outdoor storage.

If you lose the keys or lock yourself out you will have to call a locksmith. They are currently located in a labeled bowl in the outdoor storage.

No Smoking

No smoking or vaping in the camper or near the doors of the camper.

Evidence of this will result in no refund of the security deposit.

Water Hoses

When it hits 35 degrees outside, you will need to remove the water hose from the spigot and then remove it from the camper and hold it up in the air to allow all water to drain from it. Once the hose is drained, you will need to open up each faucet inside and let all of the water drain. Don't forget to turn these faucets back off before you reconnect the water hose the next day or you will have

Sewer Hoses

Do not drain the sewer hoses once it gets down in temperature. You will want to drain the hoses during the warmest part of the day. Make sure there is no water left in the hoses after draining as even the smallest amount of water can freeze and crack the hoses. Never leave the drain valves open after dumping; always close them back afterwards.

Pets

Most well-behaved pets are allowed upon pre-approval with a $150 Non-Refundable Pet Fee.All evidence of the pet must be thoroughly cleaned up prior to returning the unit or an 'excessive cleaning' fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Pets must not be left alone in the units at any time and they must be crated at night. (EACH CAMPER SPECIFIES IF PET'S ARE ALLOWED)
