WHAT IS NEEDED TO BOOK?
To book, 20% of your nightly rate and all other fees and add-ons are to be paid.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS AFTER I BOOK?
Remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your check-in date. Your security deposit is due 2 days prior to your check-in date. These charges are automatically charged with the card on file for you.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
-Once booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund as long as 14 days remain before your check-in date.
-Cancel more than 14days before your check-in date: 90% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 10%)
-Cancel more than 7days before your check-in date: 50% of your booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)
-Cancel 6days or less before your check-in date:0% of your booking total is refundable (you pay 100%)
-Taxes paid and processing fees paid are non-refundable.
Note: At the time of your cancellation if you still owe toward booking total for your
percentage per your cancellation, the card on file will be charged.
DO YOU CHARGE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
-Yes. Our security deposits are between $500 – $800 based on your unit. After your checkout date as long as there is no damage, the security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days
WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
-Check-In Monday – Thursday 6pm. Friday – Sunday 3pm.
-Check-Out Monday – Sunday 10am.
-Yes, you can have altered check-in and check-out dates. We have add-ons for this to help accommodate your stay. Please note that your check-in and check-out times must also abide by the campground rules and policies.
WHAT IS OFFERED IN EACH RENTAL?
-Each unit varies slightly. However, all units are equipped with kitchen/cooking
supplies/tools, mattress protectors for all mattresses, basic cleaning supplies, trash bags, hand soaps, and RV toilet paper.
DO YOU DELIVER OR DO I PICK UP?
-We are a FULL-service rental company. We do not allow our units to be towed. We are set up to have each unit delivered for you and set up for your convenience. We also handle to break down of set up and pick up when your stay comes to an end.
DO YOU BOOK MY CAMPSITE TOO?
-We do not. We can offer help and recommendations for you; however, we do not book your campground site for you.
CAN I BRING PETS?
Yes. We have units that are pet friendly. Please be sure to select a pet friendly unit if you plan to bring pets.
-Only pets allowed are dogs and cats. Pets only up to 50lbs allowed.
-Pets cannot be left alone or unsupervised in the camper unit.
