Reservations
RENTER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 25+ years old and you will be required to provide a valid drivers license.
- You will be required to provide a copy of the campsite confirmation, if applicable, showing the campsite number.
- You will be required to sign our Rental Agreement which protects both parties.
- If you qualify for our healthcare, military, or first responder discount, you will be required to provide your Job ID card.
- In order to have the above discounts on your booking, they must be added prior to completing your booking. We cannot add discounts once your booking is complete.
RENTAL PROCESS:
- Use the Book Now button to secure your camper rental. Using this button you will be able to view availability, book, and pay for the rental unit.
- 20% of the nightly rate plus delivery and all add-ons will be due at the time of booking.
- The remaining 80% of the nightly rate will be due 15 days before your trip.
- The security deposit charge will be added to your reservation after booking.
- It will be due 2 days before your trip.
- It will be refunded 7-10 business days after the unit has been returned with no damage.

Security Deposits:
Refundable security deposits range from $500-$800, depending on the unit.
Pet Fees:
$150 per unit per booking
Must be manually added during the booking process.
Prep Fees:
Prep fees are based on the size of the unit and range from $55 to $100. This fee goes towards cleaning the unit and restocking disposable items like RV toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
Please note: No pets allowed in Boss Hogg
*Most well-behaved pets are allowed in most units upon pre-approval with a $150 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. All evidence of the pet must be thoroughly cleaned up prior to returning the unit or an ‘excessive cleaning’ fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Pets must not be left alone in the units at any time and they must be crated at night.
PLEASE NOTE:
All rentals have a 2 night minimum on regular dates and a 3 night minimum on holidays.

Linens for camper rentals:
While fitted sheets are included for each sleeping space, for $100 per camper, we will include comforters for each sleeping space too, as well as bath towels and bath rags; 2-4 of each depending on camper size.
Early Check-in or Late Check-out: $20 per hour
Generator: $60 per trip
NOTE: If you have special requests that will make your trip more enjoyable, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!
Discounts:
—10% off: Applies to Military, Healthcare, First Responders, Renters over the age of 60, Return Clients, & Clients renting more than one unit at a time. To apply this discount, you must choose your special rate when searching for your dates on our booking platform. You must apply the discount pre-booking as it can not be added post-booking. When adding a discount to the booking, you will be required to provide your Job ID to confirm your profession and said job ID must match the Driver’s License provided when booking. The discount only applies if the person booking the site is the same person who the discount applies to.

Cancellation Policy:
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure. Otherwise, the cancellation policy is strict.
-Cancel more than 14 days before your trip begins: 90% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 10%)
-Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)
-Cancel 6 or fewer days before your trip begins: 0% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 100%)
-The taxes you pay on it are not refundable in any circumstance.
Note: If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you’ll need to pay the remainder.
Delivery/Check-Out:
Delivery includes set-up, take down, and waste dumping.
Deliveries:
Monday – Thursday at 6pm*
Friday – Sunday at 3pm*
*with an option to upgrade to an earlier delivery time upon request.
We will spend as much time as needed explaining how the camper operates. We want you to feel comfortable with all aspects before your stay. Please allow for 30 minutes or more for this walkthrough.
