RENTER   REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 25+ years old and you will be required  to provide a valid drivers license.
  • You will be required to provide a copy of the campsite confirmation, if applicable, showing the campsite number.
  • You will be required to sign our Rental Agreement which protects both parties.
  • If you qualify for our healthcare, military, or first responder discount, you will be required to provide your Job ID card.

 

RENTAL PROCESS:

  1. Use the Book Now button to secure your camper rental.  Using this button you will be able to view availability, book, and pay for the rental unit.
    1. 20% of the nightly rate plus delivery and all add-ons will be due at the time of booking.
    2. The remaining 80% of the nightly rate will be due 15 days before your trip.
  2. The $500 security deposit charge will be added to your reservation after booking.
    1. It will be due 2 days before your trip. 
    2. It will be refunded 7-10 business days after the unit has been returned with no damage.

Bo & Luke Duke:

—$115/night – Peak Season (March-October)

—$100 /night – Non Peak Season (November-February)

Daisy Duke:

—$120/night – Peak Season (March-October)

—$115/night – Non Peak Season (November-February)

Uncle Jesse:

—$105/night – Peak Season (March-October)

—$90/night – Non Peak Season (November-February)

 

Fees:

Camper Delivery:  

We have a $150 minimum on delivery for up to 40 miles. This includes setup, take down, and waste dumping! If your destination is over 40 miles from 1416 Due West highway in Anderson, SC – we will use our mileage formula to calculate the additional delivery fee and your charge for this will be updated after booking.

Security Deposits:

Camper Rentals: $500

Pet Fees:

Camper Rentals: $150 per unit per booking

PLEASE NOTE:

All rentals have a 2 night minimum on regular dates and a 3 night minimum on holidays.

 

Optional Add-Ons:

Linens for camper rentals: $100 per camper (includes fitted sheet, comforter, 4 towels, and 4 bath rags per camper)

Early Check-in or Late Check-out: $20 per hour

Generator: $60 per trip

Discounts:

—10% off:  Applies to Military, Healthcare, First Responders, Renters over the age of 60, Return Clients, & Clients renting more than one unit at a time.

Cancellation Policy:

Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.  Otherwise, the cancellation policy is strict.

-Cancel more than 14 days before your trip begins: 90% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 10%)

-Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)

-Cancel 6 or fewer days before your trip begins: 0% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 100%)

-The taxes you pay on it are not refundable in any circumstance.

Note: If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you’ll need to pay the remainder.

 

Delivery/Check-Out:

Delivery includes set-up, take down, and waste dumping.  
 

Deliveries:

Monday – Thursday at 6pm*

Friday – Sunday at 3pm*

*with an option to upgrade to an earlier delivery time upon request. 

We will spend as much time as needed explaining how the camper operates. We want you to feel comfortable with all aspects before your stay. Please allow for 30 minutes or more for this walkthrough.

Check-out – 10am* Everyday

Included with rental:

Our campers come fully stocked!  A copy of our inventory list for each camper will be provided to you upon booking.  This will give you a detailed list of each item we provide and what items you may need to bring yourself.  Linens and towels can be provided for a $100 fee.

 

Expectations:

*Absolutely no Smoking or Vaping in our units. 

*We have a 2 night minimum on regular nights and 3 night minimum on holiday weekends.
*Most well-behaved pets are allowed upon pre-approval with a $150 Non-Refundable Pet Fee.  All evidence of the pet must be thoroughly cleaned up prior to returning the unit or an ‘excessive cleaning’ fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Pets must not be left alone in the units at any time and they must be crated at night.  
*Renters are responsible for their own reservations at the campground of their choosing.  We will be glad to help you search for a site, but for legal reasons, you are required to have the campsite in your name.  CLICK HERE for recommendations on campgrounds!
